At Rare Handpicks, every item is handpicked or handmade with care — and we take the same care in getting it to you safely and on time.
Shipping
Processing Time
All orders are shipped within 2–4 days of placing your order.
Sarees
Sarees are processed within 6–8 days of your order date, as many pieces are sourced and quality-checked individually to ensure they meet our standards. Transit time is additional and varies by location.
Delivery Address
A complete and correct delivery address is mandatory. Please ensure your address includes:
- Full name of the recipient
- House/flat number, building name, and street name
- Locality / area / landmark (if applicable)
- City, State, and PIN code
- An active mobile number for delivery coordination
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incomplete or incorrect address. Re-shipping charges in such cases will be borne by the customer.
Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary by location — cities typically receive orders faster, while remote or rural areas may take a little longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
We accept returns only for genuine reasons (such as damaged or incorrect items), within 2 days of delivery. A parcel-opening video is mandatory for all return requests — this helps us verify the issue and process your return smoothly. Returns without an opening video cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued via your original payment method, typically within 2 days of receiving the returned parcel.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. We recommend checking size and colour details carefully before placing your order.
