Refund policy

At Rare Handpicks, every item is handpicked or handmade with care, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns: We accept returns only for genuine reasons, such as damaged or incorrect items, within 2 days of delivery. A parcel-opening video is mandatory for all return requests; this helps us verify the issue and process your return smoothly. Returns without an opening video cannot be accepted.

Refunds: Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 2 days of receiving the returned parcel.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. We recommend checking size and colour details carefully before placing your order.
