Shipping Policy

Processing time: All orders are shipped within 2–4 days of placing your order. Sarees are processed within 6–8 days, as many pieces are sourced and quality-checked individually. Transit time is additional and varies by location.

Delivery address: A complete and correct delivery address is mandatory, including full recipient name, house/flat number, street, locality/landmark, city, state, PIN code, and an active mobile number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incomplete or incorrect address, and re-shipping charges in such cases are borne by the customer.

Delivery time: Timelines vary by location; cities typically receive orders faster, while remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details.
